The role

Manage six engineers who own infrastructure, deployment and observability. Hands-on enough to review designs; your main job is a healthy, effective team.

What you'll do

• Run the platform roadmap with the Head of Engineering

• Own incident response and the reliability targets

• Hire two engineers in the first six months

What you bring

• 2+ years managing engineers, with a background in infrastructure or SRE

• Experience with regulated or safety-critical systems is a plus

Package

£95,000–£110,000, 33 days holiday including bank holidays, 6% pension, two office days a week in Manchester.
