The role

A part-time role, three days a week, salary shown pro rata for full-time equivalent. You will own onboarding, policies and the HR system, working with the COO.

What you'll do

• Run onboarding and offboarding for 50 hires in the next year

• Write and maintain the handbook and policies

• Own the HRIS and payroll inputs

What you bring

• 4+ years in people operations at a startup or scale-up

• Working knowledge of Irish employment law

Package

€42,000–€48,000 pro rata (three days a week), flexible hours, 25 days holiday pro rata.
